Join Jihee for a free 60-minute Yin class on Saturday, 26th of June at 12 pm EDT/ 6 pm CEST.

This class focus on the lower back and shoulders stretch and it’s perfect for beginners. Moreover it will include the mix of breathing, movements and meditation.

Nothing expect for smile on your face is needed for that session. But if you have any props, such as cushions, bolsters, blocks,or a blanket, don’t hesitate to use it!

 

More about Jihee:

Jihee is a yoga, pilates and barre instructor. She is Korean but in 2017 she followed her heart and moved to the Netherlands.

She completed her Hatha teacher training in 2019 in the UK, but she is constantly expanding her yoga knowledge. She has taken part in multiple courses on pilates, barre, meditation, mindfulness, pregnancy yoga and pilates, chair yoga, Yin, Ashtanga and she recently finished her Vinyasa teacher training.

Her journey with yoga and pilates started because of her chronic lower back issue. Now she is sharing her knowledge to guide people on their journey.
