Whether you spend 30 minutes walking every day or complete regular HIIT training sessions, moving your body is crucial for your physical health. Workouts can be both creative and social activities to help us stay motivated – that’s why we’ve created our very first wellyou couple workout!

Let’s change it up and break a sweat together with Eva our certified ACE personal trainer at 12PM EST on Sunday 28th of February. If this is your very first step in your fitness journey or you are a seasoned athlete, don’t fret, because our event is tailored to suit all abilities. Our workout does not require any equipment, all you need is a partner in crime and some comfortable sportswear and you’re good to go. We look forward to seeing you there!
